Tiraaya USA is operated by Infinite Global Commerce LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (After processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (Depending on the destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Select international destinations

If your location is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship to that area at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tiraaya USA is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Tiraaya USA is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
