Tiraaya USA is operated by Infinite Global Commerce LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Clearance or Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized or Custom-Made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our website or email us at contact@tiraaya.com, please mention the following details while requesting for a return:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (If damaged or defective)

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your Credit Card company or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (If eligible) and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
